Goals For My Internship

I have a number of goals that I wish to accomplish during my 10 week internship at the office I will be at.

• To obtain a better understanding of 4-H youth devlopment programs in NW Ohio.
• To view a different demographic other than my hometown.
• Learn from my county educator about the pros and cons of being an educator.
• Form a professional portfolio that I will be able to use once I enter the job market.
• Build a better understanding of real program development.
• Learn more about what it means to be a part of a real office for a small amount of time.

Hopefully I get the chance to accomplish all these goals. I do plan on writing in this blog at the end of every day. This way I can get an idea of how my experience progresses. I hope to reflect on the days activities and relate them to the basic principles that I have learned so far in my classwork. Enjoy!
